Order Return & Exchange FAQs

What is your exchange policy?
You can request an exchange within 7 days for the following reasons:- Incorrect article quantity
- Color/design differs from the displayed product
- Size/dimensions are incorrect
Products must be returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

How do I exchange a product?
Ship the product back to us or bring it to our outlet with the original invoice. Replacement will be dispatched after we receive the original item. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. -
Do you accept returns for sale items?
Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange. -
What is your refund policy?
- COD orders: Refunds via bank transfer (deducting any delivery charges).
- Credit card orders: Refunds processed after deducting a 3.5% bank fee (up to 7 working days).
- Cash refunds are applicable only for COD purchases in Karachi.

Canceled orders will be refunded, minus any applicable charges.

- Karachi: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 29,999; Rs. 350 otherwise.
- Nationwide: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 39,999; Rs. 399 otherwise.
Note: Extra delivery charges may apply for heavy or high-volume items.

- Karachi: 2-6 working days
- Nationwide: 5-8 working days
